The CW-C8000 Return For Repair 4 year service plan covers years 2 through 5, after purchase date. Customer pays for shipping to Epson for repair. The service plan pays for shipping the printer back to the customers' location, within the contiguous United States.
CW-C8000 extended service plans can be purchased anytime that your CW-C8000 printer is under an Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan, up to a maximum of five years of coverage from purchase date. Ink and maintenance box are not included. See individual Extended Service Plans for specific details. Extended service plan options vary by model.
