How Does The Service Plan Work?
(1) Call into Epson support where a trained agent will try to resolve the issue over the phone. (2) If the issue cannot be resolved, Epson will ship you a replacement ColorWorks printer next-business-day. Shipping is included in the service plan purchase. (3) Upon receipt of the replacement printer, simply place the old printer in the same box and use the prepaid label to ship it back to Epson.
