The service plan pays for shipping the printer back to the customers' location, within the contiguous United States.
The TM-C7500 series comes with a 1-year return for repair limited warranty. TM-C7500 extended service plans can be purchased anytime that your TM-C7500 printer is under an Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan, up to a maximum of five years of coverage from purchase date. Ink and maintenance box are not included. See individual Extended Service Plans for specific details. Extended service plan options vary by model.
