How Does The Service Plan Work?

CW-C6500 Spare In The Air (SITA) 3 year service plan provides Next Business Day (NBD) whole unit exchange (See Note 1).  SITA service plans are available for years 1 through 5 for the CW-C6500 series.  SITA service plans can be added on top of your limited warranty in the first year.  Customer pays for shipping to Epson for repair.  The service plan pays for shipping whole unit exchange to the customers' location, within the contiguous United States.

The CW-C6500 series comes with a 1-year return for repair limited warranty. CW-C6500 SITA service plans can be purchased anytime that your CW-C6500 printer is under an Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan, up to a maximum of five years of coverage from purchase date.
