How Does The Service Plan Work?

CW-C6000 Return For Repair 2 year service plan offers the same level of protection as the 1 year limited warranty that is included with the purchase of the printer.  The CW-C6000 Return For Repair 2 year service plan covers years 2 and 3, after purchase date.  Customer pays for shipping to Epson for repair.  The service plan pays for shipping the printer back to the customers' location, within the contiguous United States.

The CW-C6000 series comes with a 1-year return for repair limited warranty. CW-C6000 extended service plans can be purchased anytime that your CW-C6000 printer is under an Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan, up to a maximum of five years of coverage from purchase date.  Ink and maintenance box are not included.
