Goldie Gift Co sells personalized stickers for all occasions! Our Etsy shop has the designs that you can personalize with your name and wedding date as well as color and size. In the future our shop will offer additional items that you can personalize.
HOW DID GOLDIE GIFT CO COME TO LIFE & WHAT WERE YOU DOING BEFORE IT’S CREATION?
I own Mariglow Neon, a custom LED Neon sign company, & Elowen Events, a wedding planning and design company, so I have experience in the industry. I had clients wanting to add a personal touch to their wedding favors, so I would design a sticker for them and they would print it out at home using a sheet of stickers. I saw the opportunity to make a Etsy shop that offers personalized stickers using designs I had already made. Since then, I have shipped all over the USA!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT RUNNING A STICKER COMPANY?
It is so cool knowing you have a small part in someone’s special day! I love seeing photos of our stickers at customer’s weddings especially since that is the industry I am in with my other businesses.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE WANTING TO START THEIR OWN BUSINESS?
Put it out in the world even if it is not ‘perfected’ yet. If you wait for it to be perfected, it might never get started. Bonus, you will learn so much from your customers to then use to improve your business.
